About Everflex
Everflex Health, a Movement for Life product, is a group of outpatient physical therapy practices that has been in business for over 25 years. When they approached us, their COO and product manager recognized the need for a new healthcare software solution that would not only address all of their internal pain points but also be a product that could potentially be sold to others in the industry.
The Challenge
Movement for Life faced significant challenges with the existing software offerings in the healthcare and physical therapy space. The available solutions simply did not meet their needs. They wanted a more comprehensive solution tailored specifically to their practice—one that could streamline operations, improve patient care, and be sold to others in the industry.
Our Strategy
Our team approached this project systematically, breaking it down into distinct phases:
Phase 1
Discovery
We began by gathering requirements for the new platform, discussing the limitations of their previous software, and identifying the key features they wanted to include.

Planning
We worked closely with Everflex to develop a high-level concept and set clear acceptance criteria. This planning phase ensured all of their needs would be met while allowing for flexibility in implementation.

Design
Our UI/UX team transformed Everflex's rough ideas and notes into intuitive design concepts, creating an engaging and easy-to-use interface that met operational and patient needs.

Development
A dedicated software development team was assigned to build the healthcare product, turning Everflex's vision into reality with a robust backend and a smooth, efficient front-end experience.

Testing & Security
Our QA engineers thoroughly tested the platform, identifying and addressing issues to ensure the software’s stability and security.
