About Fun Services
Fun Services is a nationwide group known for helping with fundraising and organizing events. They started in 1968 and have grown to offer a wide range of services for schools, businesses, and community groups.
Fun Services collaborated with Imaginovation to build an advanced POS/Cash Register app compatible with iOS and Android, offering sophisticated features.
The Challenge
Fun Services faced a major limitation with their existing POS system, which was only functional on Android tablets. This restriction hindered accessibility and the efficiency of administrative processes, as all data had to be locally loaded onto these tablets.
The primary challenge was to develop a POS/Cash Register app that works across all iOS and Android devices and streamlines the data upload process, catering to the needs of COFRS members, Fun Services' location owners, and school volunteers who utilize the system.
