The Challenge
Our Strategy
Phase 1
Discovery & Planning
The first 4 weeks of the project were focused solely on discovery and design.
- We sought out to learn everything about the restaurant industry
- How the various buyer personas (end-users) who will be using the platform interact with other POS systems.
Phase 2
Design the Wireframes
Next, our design team started to create wireframes and layouts to give the client an idea of how the application would look.
- We sat down with the client to plan designs, our goal was to help guide the design and functionality of the POS
- After the final design approval from the client, our software development team got to work creating the back and front-end of the system.
Phase 3
Development and Implementation
We started developing the core functionalities of the software.
- First, we developed the inner workings of the application
- We also refined the UI to make the navigation easy
- Our development team worked closely with the the client's project management and QA team
Phase 4
Testing, Optimizing, Finalizing
Our agile approach, dedicated team model, and iterating post-launch allowed us to test and optimize the software at every touchpoint.
- It took us roughly 12-weeks to test and iterate during the development phase
- We analyzed and fine-tuned each feature and functionality
- We also continuously iterated and improved upon the UI and UX
